Rules & Regulations
To give shape to the vision of the school and to help enhance the growth of the child the parents/guardians are expected to:
- Parents should be very specific in checking the neatness and punctuality of their ward while sending them to school.
- They should be regular in going through the student’s diary and adhere to the remarks and suggestions put in by the teacher.
- They should not make any adverse remarks about the school or the teachers in front of their children as this undermines the authority and respect of the school in the eyes of the students.
- Genuine complaints and grievances can be addressed to the Principal for a suitable solution.
- Parents should ensure that their ward is completing his home tasks in time and is attending extra remedial classes, as and when arranged by the school from time to time.
- They should see that their ward returns home on time and in case of any irregularity, must report the same immediately to the school authorities.
- The parents are requested to kindly keep a track of their wards outside the school premises after school hours, as the school will not be responsible for the actions of the student once the student has left the school premises.
- Short leave is totally prohibited to any student for all classes. It will only be granted for exceptional occasions. Once the student comes to school it is mandatory for him to attend the full day. No excuses or reasons will be entertained.
- Parents must discourage their wards from leaving the school early.
- To get regular update of the child’s performance at school, the parents are requested to meet the respective teacher at the parent-teachers meetings held every last Saturday of the month.
- In case of any emergency or as requested by the teacher, the parents can meet the concerned teacher after the school hours at the school reception.
- The parents should also ensure that their ward does not carry any mobile phone or any such object that is valuable and not acceptable in school.
- Wearing of jewellery of any kind is strictly prohibited in the school therefore parents should check their child before sending him to school. Any loss will not be the responsibility of the school.
- Parents should also see to it that their child gets book and notebooks to school according to the time table specified. No extra books should be carried.
- Parents are advice not to send their wards to school in case the child is suffering from any communicable infectious disease.
